Learn to roll basic maki, slice sashimi, and make dipping sauces.

Pan-sear individual steaks + whip up a vibrant herb sauce.

A soulful, elevated take on the Southern classic.

Handmade Pasta Mini

Quick pasta dough and hand-cut fettuccine or pappardelle with a sauce.
